Greetings Church!

Welp, it happened… I was at Meijer doing some grocery shopping, as a responsible adult, and then I saw them… the school supplies. July isn’t even done and the powers that be are trying to get me to move past summer and get busy with school stuffs. I love summer and I want to stretch it as long as I can and the school supply pushers want to start making money sooner than I’d like. Alas, I can’t stop time… so what do we do?

I’ll give you my two things…

Firsties, enjoy where we're at. Summer is still here and the sun still does shine. Join me in enjoying being outside and the longer days.

Secondsies, be mindful of what’s ahead. School will start and schedules will, once again, fill. In that filling will be times to interact with people, our neighbors, who need us to love them. So, let’s do it… let’s love our neighbors!  

Pretty simple… enjoy summer and be ready to love people…
